  • Name on the certificate to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted, e.g. 'Chris' accepted for Christopher)
  • RTO Name and Logo to be displayed on the document
  • The completion date or issue date must be displayed
  • Course title and associated level to be listed on the certificate to contain any of the following wording - Associate Diploma in Engineering
  • Any Associate Diploma of Engineering is accepted regardless of the field
  • Document / Certificate / Number must be indicated on the certificate
