Competency Requirements

• Name on the assessment to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted, e.g. 'Chris' accepted for Christopher)
• Assessment must be completed on Company letterhead/template with all sections completed
• The document must state Technically Assured Organisation (TAO) Assessment or Record of Relevant Experience & Assessment
• Competence must align with the paperwork
• Assessment must state a ‘Competent’ outcome, with no conditions applied to the applicant’s role
• The evidence must be clear and legible

Upload Requirements

• Date of completion = Approval/Application date that is listed on the assessment
• Expiry date = 4 years from the date of Approval/Application date
