Competency Requirements

• The applicant's name must be shown on the document.

• The name on the document must match the applicant's registered name (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted).

• The document must be a Statement of Attainment issued by WAM Training.
• The unit of competency must state: 'Observe and manage the safe operation of plant and equipment around overhead and underground assets.'
• The Statement of Attainment must state: 'These competencies were attained in completion of 22597VIC Course in Workplace Spotting for Service Assets.'
• Upon completion, WAM Training will upload against this competency.

Upload Requirements

• Award Date = Completion date on Statement of Attainment
• Expiry Date = 30 days from Award Date
