Competency Requirements

• Name on the certificate to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted, e.g. 'Chris' accepted for Christopher)
• RTO Name and Logo to be displayed on the document
• An actual copy of the certificate/degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
• The completion date or issue date must be displayed
• Course title to be listed on the certificate and to contain any of the following wording - W201 – Basic Principles in Occupational Hygiene
• Document / Certificate / Number must be indicated on the certificate

Upload Requirements

• Award date - Issue date/Completion date (If the Completion date is indicated on the certificate it must be used instead of Issue date)
• No Expiry
