Competency Requirements 

• Applicants name to be displayed on the document.
• Applicants name on document must match the cardholders registered name (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted).
• Registered Training Organisation (RTO) name must be displayed on the document.
• Certificate must pertain to a Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure with mandatory units or an individual statement of attainments.
• An actual copy of the certificate must be uploaded; letters are not accepted in lieu of this.
• Completion or issue date must be displayed.
• Certificate number must be displayed.
• Transcript of units completed must be attached.
• The certificate must show all of the following Units (or Equivalent)
  • TLIB0012- Maintain and use hand tools
  • TLID0020- Shift materials safely using manual handling methods
  • TLIE1003- Participate in basic workplace communication
  • TLIF0025- Follow work health and safety procedures
  • TLIF2010- Apply fatigue management strategies
  • TLIU2008- Apply environmental procedures to rail infrastructure
  • RIICCM201E- Carry out measurements and calculations
  • RIICCM203E- Read and interpret plans and job specifications
  • TLIB2084- Carry out routine maintenance of structures
  • TLIB2086- Apply awareness of structures fundamentals
  • TLIB2092- Operate minor mechanical equipment
