Competency Requirements  The Project Management Assessment Form (A10743) must be uploaded. The form must meet the following criteria: It must be assessed and signed by an MTM-approved Assessor before upload. The applicant’s name must match the name in RIW (shortened first names, such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher,' are accepted). The roles applied for must match the job role in RIW. Upload Requirements Award Date - The date the assessment was signed by the Assessor. Expiry Date - 4 years from Award Date (unless otherwise stated on the assessment paperwork or advised by the endorser)
