• Applicants name is to be displayed on the document 
• Applicants name on the document is required to match the applicant's registered cardholder name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher would be acceptable first name differences) 
• The Statement of Certification uploaded to this competency identifies that you have completed the required learning for this competency
• A CAT 3 medical is required for this competency
• Transport for NSW accepts the following evidence for this competency:
  • Sydney Trains issued Statement of Certification that identifies Accredited Electrical Tree Trimmer (EWP) that indicates code for certification as MEL58

Upload Requirements

• Sydney Trains issued Statement of Certification that identifies Accredited Electrical Tree Trimmer (EWP) must be uploaded by TfNSW L&D or Sydney Trains WC&L only 
• Expiry date is as expiry of certification date shown on the certificate
