Competency Requirements 

• Applicants name is to be displayed on the document
• Applicants name on the document is required to match the applicant's registered cardholder name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher would be acceptable first name differences)
• A CAT 3 medical is required for this competency
• The Statement of Attendance uploaded to this competency identifies that you have completed the required learning for this competency
• Transport for NSW accepts the following evidence for this competency:
  • Successful completion of RIW eLearning course
  • TfNSW issued Statement of Attendance that identifies ZKL3000RC02A ZKL3000RC on-job assessment module 2 Working with projects using the MTInfo 3000 application (see first time attained) or 
  • TfNSW issued Statement of Attendance that identifies ZKL3000RC02A ZKL3000RC on job assessment module 2 Working with projects using the MTInfo 3000 application recertification (see Recertification)
    
• First time attained:
  • For the first time attained TfNSW will accept TfNSW issued Statement of Attendance that identifies ZKL3000RC02A ZKL3000RC on-job assessment module 2 Working with projects using the MTInfo3000 application and a 2-year expiry will apply
• Recertification: 
  • For all subsequent recertification, the TfNSW issued a Statement of Attendance that identifies ZKL3000RC02A ZKL3000RC on-job assessment module 2 Working with projects using the MTInfo 3000 application recertification (evidence requirement tbc–not required until 2027) and a 2-year expiry will apply 

Upload Requirements

TfNSW issued Statement of Attendance must be uploaded by TfNSW L&D or Sydney Trains WCL

•  Expiry date = 2 years from the completion date shown on the certificate
