  • Name on the card to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted eg. ‘Chris’ accepted for Christopher)
  • Tradesperson Licence should be uploaded with the corresponding trade shown on the Licence (Roof Plumbing)
  • The Licence must be issued by Government appointed authority
  • Black and white or color copy of the document accepted

  • Issue Date = if shown on licence
  • Expiry Date = as shown on licence
