Competency Requirements  Name on the certificate to match the name in the system (shortened versions accepted, e.g. 'Chris' accepted for Christopher). The completion date or issue date must be displayed Must have VIDA, VIC State Government, Metro and V/Line logo on certificate  Can be uploaded by Metro Trains Australia (MTA) - direct upload. Note: For Signalling Assistant Tester (64404), Certificate of Completion issued by Metro Academy in January & April 2025 is also accepted
