Competency Requirements 

  • Name on the certificate must match the name in RIW (shortened versions are acceptable, eg, Chris for Christopher) 
  • The certificate must contain the MTA logo and the name of the competency 

Upload Requirements

  • Award Date = issue date as stated on the certificate 
  • Expiry Date = 60 months from the award date
