Competency Requirements 

• Applicant's name must be displayed on the licence.
• Licence must be issued by relevant Queensland State Government Authority.
• States the persons name on the front and what they are licenced to perform the work of, which is restricted to Electronics or Electronic Equipment/EQPT.
• Has the licence number in the bottom left corner and has an expiry date which is 5 years from date of approval
• States Installation Work Is Not Permitted
• Black and white OR colour copy of this document is accepted.
• Only the front side of the electrical licence is required.
• Must be clear and legible

Upload Requirements

• If there is an issue date shown on the licence, record this as the issue date in RIW.
• Record the licence expiration date as the competency expiration date in RIW.
