  • Train Operator Certificate of Competence  should be uploaded that must contain below information that is clear and legible and duly filled in:
    • Applicant name must match name in RIW, shortened names are acceptable Chris for Christopher etc.
    • Applicant Position
    • Network operator
    • Siemens Mobility SME name and signature
    • Assessor name and signature
    • Date of assessment
    • Date of Expiry

Upload Requirements

  • Issue Date = Date of Completion

    Expiry Date = 2 Years
