Waiver.ARTC - Control Systems Technician - Qualification (78002)


Competency Requirements 

  • Name on documentation to match the person registered. A shortened version of name is accepted e.g. Chris for Christopher.
  • Black and white or colour copy of this document is accepted.
  • Must have ARTC Logo 
  • RIW Number must match with Waiver Statement
  • Evidence must be a Waiver Certificate Statement showing the relevant job role qualification from the ARTC Operational Technologist matrix.

Upload Requirements

  • Please upload a copy of your certificate.
  • Expiry date to be entered as appears on evidence
  • For Waivers, without an expiry date, Expiry date will be entered as 01/01/9999
