Competency Requirements 

  • The MTM Letter of Authorisation (SME/Assessor) Form (A1767) must be uploaded.
  • The applicant's name must match the name recorded in RIW (shortened first names, such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher', are accepted).
  • The letter must identify the applicant as an MTM Signal Assessor and/or SME.
  • Where applicable, the letter must contain a registration number.
  • The letter must be signed by the Head of Engineering Signalling.
