Competency requirements

• Applicants name must be shown on the document
• Applicants name on document to match applicants name in RIW (However shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)
• Document uploaded to this competency could be a statement of attainment or a card showing completion of a statement of attainment unit of competency for 'Prepare work zone traffic management plan'
• Must be issued by a registered training organisation (RTO)

Upload requirements

• Issue date = date of completion
• Expiry = 3 years from date of completion (This is required regardless of whether statement of attainment or card has been uploaded)
