  • Issue date = date of completion on Certificate of Achievement
  • Expiry date =
    • Set to 12 months from the Date of completion on Certificate of Achievement (when applied first time and then...)
    • Set to no more than 12 months from expiry date of previous 12 month/annual monitoring events. 
  • NOTE: if the completion of any monitoring event falls outside of the expiry date of the previous event, the evidence is to be rejected and the person advised to seek advice from railsafetyworker@qr.com.au
