Competency requirements

• The Monitoring Checklist is a Queensland Rail internal document used to monitor the continuing competency of people with this role.
• Required evidence is the Monitoring Checklist for Queensland Rail.
• For the Monitoring Checklist to be accepted, it will need to meet the following:

  - Recipient Name

  - Green Card Number and Expiry Date are shown for the qualification Recipient SCA/SWA

  - Section 'Recipient - SCA/SWA' all three boxes need to be ticked

  - Section 3 - Monitoring Outcomes; monitoring outcome for SCA/SWA ticked

  - Section 4 - Confirm supervisor name has been signed, dated and ticked yes

  - Section 5 - Confirm Recipient confirmation has been signed, dated and ticked yes

• Note: 6-month monitoring is a perpetual requirement for as long as a person needs to hold this role
