Competency Requirements Name on Licence/Card/SOA to match the person registered Class / Code to be listed or show indication of a statement of attainment unit of competency with the corresponding coding Evidence must be loaded to the corresponding competency Issue date to be recorded as per licence Black and white or colour copy acceptable If a card is uploaded, both sides are required to be shown within the uploaded file Please note: If the Non-High-Risk licence or statement of attainment is valid and issued within the last 2 years apply a 24-month expiry from the date of upload or apply the licence expiry (whatever expires first) If the Non-High-Risk licence or statement of attainment is valid but issued greater than 2 years ago then apply a 30-day expiry date from the date of upload or apply the licence expiry (whatever expires first) to allow the worker to obtain a VOC. Note, the Initial Attainment grouping can only have the Temporary document and the valid High-Risk Licence / Statement Of Attainment uploaded 1x each. After which a VOC document must be loaded.

Upload Requirements Non-High-risk Licence / Statement Of Attainment If the Non-High-Risk licence or statement of attainment is valid and issued within the last 2 years, apply a 24-month expiry from the date of upload or apply the licence expiry (whatever expires first) If the Non-High-Risk licence or statement of attainment is valid but issued greater than 2 years ago then apply a 30-day expiry date from the date of upload, OR apply the licence expiry (whatever expires first) to allow the worker to obtain a VOC If an Australian driver’s licence is uploaded containing the relevant class, then no issue date is required to be entered for Licences, as the Issue date is not displayed on Australian Drivers Licences.
