Competency requirements

  • Evidence must show that Track Work Authority duties occurred on the AMPRN 
  • WTR-001 Pre-work safety assessment serial numbers must match on side 1 and 2 of form
  • WTR-002 Protection Officer's Worksite Protection Brief serial numbers must match on side 1 and 2
  • WTR-001 Pre-work safety assessment (side 1 of form), which will need to include:
    • Protection Officers Name
    • Date of PO activity
  • WTR-001 Protection Officer's Safeworking Protection Plan (side 2 of form), which will need to include:

    • Protection Officers Name

    • Form of Protection Selected (must match Protection Role that currency is being applied for)

  • WTR-002 Protection Officer's Worksite Protection Brief, which will need to include: 

    • Protection Officers Name

    • Date of PO activity

    • Protection Officers RIW Card Number

  • WTR-002 Protection Officer's Worksite Protection Brief, which will need to include:

    • Protection Officers Name

    • Workers have been signed on and off from brief

  • WTR-100 Authority to Work:

    • Section 1,2,6,7,8,9,10 and 11 must be completed.
