• Evidence for this competency must be issued by a State governing body.
• Digital version of Trades & OH&S construction licence is accepted however it must be validated against:
  • VIC: https://www.myworksafe.vic.gov.au/s/validate-worksafe-licence
  • NSW: https://www.licencecheck.nsw.gov.au/s/
  • WA: https://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/worksafe/worksafe-licence-and-registration-search

• If a digital licence is presented it must be a screen shot of the digital licence and not email confirmation of the licence. All other features of the licence must also be present as stated above.

Upload requirements

• Both sides (front and back) of card / licence required.
• Issue date = only enter if there is a date of completion shown on evidence.
• Expiry date = as listed on the card.
